Born and raised in Newark, New Jersey, Daryl graduated from the high school of
fine and performing art, known as Arts High located in the Garden State's
largest city. He holds an MFA degree in Advertising Design from Syracuse
University, and a BFA degree in Communication Design from Pratt Institute.
He is an elected Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts and
Manufactures and Commerce (RSA), London, England as well as department Chair of
the Art and Design division within the School of the Arts at Montclair State
University, New Jersey's second largest and fastest growing Comprehensive
University. Daryl's professional background spans two decades and encompasses
Illustration, Creative Direction in Advertising, and Senior Art Direction &
Design in Corporate and Graphic Design environments.
